The North House for Redbridge CCG involved the refurbishment of 3 floors into a modern workspace for the trust. These works included the initial strip out of existing partitions, computer flooring, M&E services and parts of the existing suspended ceiling. New offices were formed at both ends of each floor, including new meeting, kitchen spaces as well as the refurbishment of the open plan main office space. New glazed partitions were installed, new flooring, suspended ceilings, doors, new ventilation to the office and meeting rooms, as well as a complete rewire and installation of electrical services including new smart lighting.

Each floor was phased and within a tight programme, but the works were completed on time and within budget.
