Theobald’s were awarded this contract towards the end of 2019 after working with the client on the first three units. The works included the groundworks to the site including new foundations and back filling following the discovery of areas of made ground from the previous farmhouse basement. The building was built utilising traditional cavity construction with a mixture of brick, render and cladding finishes to the external walls. Newly formed tiled roof and rainwater goods, timber windows and doors, complete 1st and 2nd fix electrical and plumbing services to the new farmhouse, dividing partitions, dry ling to all external walls and new staircase. All finishes within the property were of a high standard, including new kitchen, bathroom suite, tiling and wood effect vinyl flooring throughout. The works also include the full soft and hard landscaping to the gardens, including planting. All works were completed in line with the planning permissions, building control and home warranty requirements.

This was another successful project for both Theobalds and the client, with the property adding a valuable asset to the farms rental portfolio.
