This project involved the refurbishment of 8 flats within both blocks, to allow accommodation for staff and outgoing patients. The works were phased and mainly consisted of the strip out of existing fixtures and fittings, all new heating systems throughout all flats, decorating, new vinyl flooring throughout, new fire doors and ironmongery, new kitchen layouts, minor electrical works, new sanitaryware within bathrooms and the supply and install of new fixtures and fittings to all rooms on completion. Additional external works included the installation of new external fire escape staircase to the rear of both blocks.

Due to the urgent need for this accommodation the programme was on a tight 12 week turnaround, with 6 weeks allocated for each block. The works were completed on time.
