New mezzanine installation and associated refurbishment works, Newtons Court.

Theobald’s were awarded these works by a new NHS trust client and the works consisted of forming a new mezzanine floor within the main part of the commercial unit to form new workshop space as well as additional storage space on the top of the new mezzanine.

The works included a full M&E installation to new and existing areas, including new lighting, power, ventilation and air conditioning. Formation of  new heavy duty partitions around the perimeter of mezzanine, new glass partitions to ground and first floor office areas, kitchenette within main workshop area, suspended ceiling, flooring, decorating and new doorsets.

This project had some issues with lead times with the mezzanine floor and other materials, but was completed on programme and within budget.
