Whether it be a single classroom fit out or a large scale refurbishment programme we have many years experience in successfully completing school projects to tight deadlines within the summer holiday or half term breaks. All our staff hold enhanced DBS checks and have the expertise and knowledge of completing these works to an exceptional standard and always within time.
Public Sector and healthcare
We have completed works throughout many areas of the public sector over the years, with recent works including various NHS trusts, Kent fire and Rescue and Dartford Borough council. We have vast experience in working alongside both staff and patients for many mental health trusts, our staff have worked on several live ward environments and know the exact procedures that need to be followed to bring the contract to a successful completion without any impact on the quality or quantity of the end project.
Office Refurbishment
Recent years have seen us awarded a rise in office refurbishment projects, with works ranging from single or multi floor refurbishment or the formation of meeting rooms into existing spaces. Theobalds complete the entire package, we start with a blank canvas and hand the client back a fully functional, practical and pleasant working space.
Commercial property and real estate
We have completed many projects for both private residential and commercial real estate’s clients with values ranging from £10k-£800k. Some of these works have been completed for Kent based property companies to much larger scale property management companies and can include works from a single flat fit out to refurbishing an entire building for future resale or renting.
New build and development
Theobalds have completed some amazing projects from the ground up. We have completed the entire build on a small housing development within the Horsham area, and completed a complicated and detailed large extension onto an existing Grade two listed building. Our portfolio of extensions includes projects for clients that are now children’s nurseries, veterinary surgeries, doctor’s surgeries and several hospitals wards.
Reactive Maintenance
No job is too small for Theobald’s as highlighted in the maintenance works we have completed over the years for both public and private bodies. We have a designated hands-on Small Works Manager who completes reactive maintenance for clients that include the University of Greenwich, Kent Fire and Rescue and local authorities such as Dartford Borough Council, of whom we currently have a reactive maintenance contract for minor works in all of their public buildings within their Borough.
