The project involved the transformation of existing, dated office space into a modern and compliant environment for a busy international toilet roll manufacturer.

This was completed during the Covid 19 pandemic and with the manufacturer being in high demand throughout the pandemic, it created various difficult challenges to overcome.

The works included stripping out existing blockwork walls, new partitions to form new office space, new glazed partitions to meeting room, suspended ceilings, flooring, decorating, full toilet refurbishments, fire stopping above existing retained partitions and the installation of a new kitchen.

Although completed in challenging times, with a tight deadline, the client was happy with the final result.
