Ozone building refurbishment, Orpington College

Theobald’s were approached to completed this project leading up to the college summer holiday in 2o22. This was a quick turnaround project which was required to relocate staff from other campuses. The building had sat un used for several years so required various upgrade works to put it back into use.

The works involved the full redecoration throughout the building, new floor coverings to some areas, including patching in of existing. New partitions to form individual office spaces, strip out of existing glass partitions to first and second floors, new workstations with benching, refurbishment of existing reception area, various electrical works throughout the building, reinstatement of toilets and wash hand basins throughout the building and new specialist whiteboards. Whilst on site Theobald’s were also instructed to completed various minor works to upgrade other rooms at the campus, again for staff relocating from elsewhere.

These works were completed on programme, ready for the new term in September.
